During Extra Life's Tabletop Appreciation Weekend, the offline party arrives at the settlement that fell out of contact with the Blood Brothers and finds that it is not what they expected, and that a long-lost ally of one of their members is active in the area. Before session began this week, we took a moment to discuss Extra Life in a bit more detail. Once game began, however, we turned our focus to regrouping and launching our plan to arrest Commissioner Price...and walked right into a distracting new problem.

Final Totals for Extra Life 2021
We did not begin streaming our game sessions until Extra Life, so there are adventures before this point that are lost to time (but will get referenced occasionally by players and characters alike). Over the last few months, the characters have been getting to know their setting, powers, and parties. The offline group has established a peace treaty to settle an ongoing war between Free Derry and the Blood Brothers, while the online group has been taking work for hire and hunting problem NPCs. Both, however, have established a working relationship with Jackal, a woman running an interdimensional casino, bar, and brothel. Through this connection, and an associate of Jackal's called Mole, both parties have been informed of something destroying multiple timelines. They've been recruited to come together and defend the multiverse against this unknown threat, but first, they need to figure out how to work together. Day One was split into three videos due to technical issues. |
